Since each item is handcrafted and custom-made, we need up to 5 business days to process and create your order. Please keep this timeframe in mind when finalizing your order.

• All deliveries are made with "Speedy" courier company within 1 to 3 business days after the order is completed.

• For orders over BGN 100, you receive free delivery to a "Speedy" courier company office.

Delivery rates:

• To a "Speedy" courier company office – BGN 7

• To your specified address with "Speedy" courier company – BGN 10

Delivery time is a minimum of 5 days*.

Please note that for some countries, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.

Shipping costs:

• Europe – €20

• Outside Europe – €35

• For all orders over €600, delivery is free.
