Return Policy

1.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, for which purpose they may use the Standard Form for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract, which the User received together with the goods.

1.2. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the User is obliged to return the purchased goods in an undamaged commercial condition, preserved packaging, and preserved label, with the costs of returning the goods being borne by the User.

1.3. Upon withdrawal from the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, the paid amount for the returned goods will be refunded to a bank account specified by the User within 14 (fourteen) days after the return of the goods. Amounts will not be refunded until the Seller receives the goods returned by the User or until the User provides the Seller with proof that they have sent the goods back.

1.4 The User agrees that the refunds will be made by bank transfer to a bank account specified by them, and this refund will not incur costs for the User, with the exception of any costs according to point 6.5 of the General Terms and Conditions. The costs associated with the transfer of the amount to the bank account specified by the User are borne by the Seller. The Courier costs associated with the return of the goods are borne by the User.

1.5. The right of withdrawal from the contract in cases where the goods have been received by the User cannot be exercised for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection.

1.6. In case of discrepancy between the received goods and the ordered goods, the User has the right to file a complaint, requesting the Seller to bring the goods into conformity with the order. When filing a complaint, the User must also attach documents on which the claim is based (cash receipt, etc.). The discrepancy in what was agreed between the parties may be expressed as:

  • manufacturing defects of the goods;
  • missing parts of the goods;
  • wrong goods sent, different from what was ordered;
  • discrepancy with the declared size and/or color - goods sent in a different size and/or different color from what was ordered;

1.7. The complaint under item 1.6 must be filed within two years from the delivery of the goods, but no later than two months from the establishment of the discrepancy with what was agreed. The complaint under item 1.6 can be filed with ZORA DESIGN EOOD at the specified email address info@zoraromanska.com, while the User must send the goods for replacement within one week.

1.8. In case of a complaint, the User can choose to replace the specific item with the same one without defects, or in a different size, or a different color, or return the goods for a refund of the paid amount. The Seller may offer to replace the item with a completely different item by equalizing the prices - either the User pays extra if the other item is more expensive, or several items are offered for the same price, or the User is refunded the difference between the replaced and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User. The User cannot claim cancellation of the contract if the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract is minor.

1.9. The return of goods in case of a complaint, in cases other than a manufacturing defect, is carried out under the following conditions:

  • Preserved good commercial appearance (the goods are not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed).
  • No damage caused by improper use.
  • Preserved original packaging and label.

1.10. The return of goods, either upon withdrawal from the contract or upon a complaint, can be made in the manner and to the address specified in the Return Form, together with which the User received the order.

1.11. When exchanging goods, transportation costs are borne by the User in both directions, unless the exchange was necessary due to the Seller's fault.
